About

My name is Meena, I am a
passionate spiritual therapist, intuitive Tarot reader, and i have trained
in Quantum therapy and Reiki. While my journey began in the arts and fashion
industry and as an educator in this area, I found my calling in guiding others
on their path towards spiritual growth and healing.

It first started around 10 years
ago with me attending a spiritual event by chance (way before spiritual events
were in the popular domain). I was fairly new to London and met a photographer
who was publishing a spiritual magazine, I attended the launch party and had
the incredible experience of taking part in a Cacao ceremony and a sound
bath. Not knowing a single thing about what I had just walked into, I left
with a feeling that I cannot quite describe but knowing i wanted to feel like that every single day for the rest of my life.

Since then I have spent the last
10 years curiously discovering how spirituality and energy work can be used to heal and improve our connection with our self and with others. It has been one of the most transformational and enjoyable experiences I have
undertaken. I have learnt that the power of self-development can transcend into
limitless possibilities to leading a more emotionally secure, grounded and
purposeful life.

I have always been a highly
intuitive person, and it’s only through self-practice I came to understand that
some of the visions and senses I had from a young age, were
not part of my imagination but I had unexplainable foresight that I now know
serve a greater purpose beyond me.

It is in my nature to help others,
everything I have done in my creative work has a higher purpose whether through art, music, writing, fashion. Experiencing the power of
self-development led me to train in Quantum Healing and Reiki, my intention is to hold space for others so you can too access support and create your own antidote through Cosmic Essence.

My mission is to help you
discover your true essence, empowering you to heal, grow, and strengthen your
inner self. I believe that within each of us lies a wellspring of potential,
waiting to be unlocked, I am here to facilitate this journey that allows you to
live your best life! After all, life is too short for anything less x
